Jaffe Development has installed geothermal heating on a few while maintaining the historical look of two story brick which is required. Soon the Loop trolley will run along Delmar, turn at DeBaliviere and run into Forest Park. Don't forget the wonderful food at the little restaurant, The Kitchen Sink, which has po' boys, gumbo and burgers or taking dancing lessons at Flavor Studio (salsa, African Dance, samba, hip hop and more). Great place to live with easy access to 40, the innerbelt.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7190846390008853053.post-13386387037181810342012-04-03T04:32:42.923-05:002012-04-03T04:32:42.923-05:00Great shots of the neighborhood. These hoods are neither northside or southside in my opinion. If you told someone from TGE (like me) that Stink-D or skinker-wydown (or whatever that fake clayton type area is called) was the southside they would prob call ya crazy.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7190846390008853053.post-21339089644555379812010-12-09T16:52:48.826-06:002010-12-09T16:52:48.826-06:00did you wear out your shoes?did you wear out your shoes?john w.noreply@blogger.com
