When I was 15, I worked at the Rio Show on West Florissant and walked home at 10 pm without a worry. We walked everywhere, there was no crime to speak of, no burned-out houses, broken windows or overgrown yards. Certainly no murders. I often talk about the great...Sad to see the decay. I often talk about the great time I had as a kid. I walked everywhere. My mom and I often took the bus downtown to shop.
