Sadly, I have heard that a Papa John's is moving in. I hope this does not mean the cannibalization of their attractive urban storefront down the road. But I don't see how it couldn't. The locations are just too close.

I believe the Papa John's is actually planned for the old 7-11 building at the same intersection. I don't know what's happening in the plumbers supply building.
I heard that Papa John's and Cricket will share the 7-11. Unfortunately I think the old Plummer's Supply is going to be a Traffic Law Center. Gee, two head shops and a Traffic Law Center, if only we had a pay-day loan place our neighborhood would be complete.
^ Traffic law center? That would suck. Why can't the traffic law center go into the storefront between the Karate supply and Arnold Hardware? The old Plumber Supply seems too big for a traffic law center...oh well.
